Dr. Joseph K. Young @ Village Eye Care - Your Security
Dr. Joseph K. Young @ Village Eye Care

Recently, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover joined forces and formed the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) to help in the fight against system break-ins that result in compromised card holder account information. This alliance is recognized by all payment card brands.

Merchants who accept any of these cards must participate in this program. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

PCI applies to ALL organizations or merchants, regardless of size or number of transactions, that accepts, transmits or stores any cardholder data.

We, at Village Eye Care, treat your credit card information with the highest level of security. Your authorization is processed over a secured, land line. In addition, we do NOT store ANY credit card information whatsoever. Period.

We have gone through a PCI compliant self-assessment test with SecurityMetrics, a leader of providing Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) security solutions.

Here, at Village Eye Care, we are PCI COMPLIANT.
